Step back in time and immerse yourself in the classic tale of humbuggery, ghosts, and redemption. This interactive retelling of the Charles Dickens classic “A Christmas Carol” by the Marley Bridges Theatre Company is an evening of music, laughter, food, and spirits which is certain to cure even the worst “Scrooge.” Join Ebenezer himself, Bob Cratchit, Tiny Tim, and all the Christmas Spirits on a dinner journey along the Newport and Narragansett Bay Railroad. Your night will include 5 staves, 4 courses, 3 ghosts, 2 partners, and 1 Scrooge.
Your ticket includes the performance, train ride, meal, tax, and gratuity. Entrees include sliced beef tenderloin, holiday ham dinner, and turkey dinner. The train features a full bar with mixed drinks, wine, spirits, and beers. Reservations are required. Each train is limited to under 50 passengers. The theatrical train experience is approximately two hours and 30 minutes long. This is not a “Santa Train” for children – for the benefit of all of our guests we do not allow children under 12 years old.
Important: All Dickens trains are table seating for four. Guests who have not purchased private tables, or who have parties of two, three, five, or more will be seated with other guests. Space is limited on the trains.
